Casa Bonaza” is a unique beachfront property in Cala Vadella. Its exclusive location and existing layout make it an attractive investment opportunity. Comprising two adjoining plots and three independent dwellings, it currently operates as a restaurant and private residence. Looking to the future, it offers multiple development options, as it can remain commercial and residential, as it is now, or be transformed into a large beach villa with a main house and separate guest and staff quarters.
The main house, “Casa Bonanza,” and the one located on the hill, known as the “triplex,” were built in the mid-1950s. This makes them some of the first houses built in Cala Vadella. The third property, located to the east of the main house, known as the “duplex,” was built in the mid-1980s. The main house sits on a plot of approximately 480 m², and the other two houses are situated on the second plot of approximately 3408 m². All the land and properties are located within the urban area of Cala Vadella. Initially, the main house was used as a residence, but after the construction of the duplex, a restaurant called "Bonanza" opened in the main house. The manager lived in the adjoining duplex, and the staff in the triplex. During that time, a beach kiosk operated next to the bottom of the steps leading down to the beach, and it is still there. An outdoor bathing and shower area was built at the rear of the main house and the duplex, probably around the same time as the duplex. The restaurant closed in the mid-1990s. In December 2002, a British company acquired the entire property and undertook a comprehensive renovation of the buildings and infrastructure. This also included converting the restaurant back into a residence and installing a central gas heating and hot water system for all three properties. In 2018, the property changed hands, and Casa Bonanza reopened as a restaurant, which it has been operating ever since.
Cala Vadella is located on Ibiza's west coast, between Cala D'Hort (Es Vedrá) and Cala Moli. It boasts a beautiful sandy beach that opens onto shallow, crystal-clear waters in a sheltered bay, flanked by small cliffs, ideal for swimming and sailing.
