Authentic and beautiful, this renovated finca is situated in a small historic hamlet with one of the oldest towers of the island. The finca is situated near Atzaro in an elevated position, set within tranquil countryside, with far-reaching views across the Morna Valley farmland.

The property consists of a main house and an annex. You enter into the traditional sala through a pair of antique rustic doors, a large dining table is a feature. Off the sala is a cozy living room with a typical ibicencan chimney corner. This, in-turn, leads through to the kitchen. Stairs in the living room lead to a mezzanine style TV lounge, and access to a roof terrace.

The entire living space is reformed, respecting the many traditional details of the original finca dating back to the 17th century, such as the typical high sabina-beamed ceilings that feature through the house.

The 100 m2 guest accommodation once the stables of the original finca, now offers a spacious living room, bathroom and double bedroom. A separate terrace is accessed by floor to ceiling glazed doors. To the side of the terrace is a rather special feature; a cave, which in the past gave shelter to livestock.

A cobbled courtyard, lined by orange trees, links the house and annex. There is also a traditional bread oven, a reminder of days gone by. Steps from the courtyard in front of the house, lead down to the pool terrace with an 8 x 5 m swimming pool, sun loungers and a secluded dining area.

The entire outdoor area is well maintained and landscaped in a typical modest Mediterranean style, with nature stone walls, terrace corners and island typical plants like bougainvillea, pomegranate, carob, olive and orange trees. A wide entrance staircase with deep steps leads from the spacious parking to the property.

The property has solar power (back-up generator), a large water cistern filled by truck, and has underfloor heating (oil).
